Translated version of this PSD: French The EBRD is considering providing a loan of up to EUR 20 million to Banque Tunisio-Koweitienne (“BTK”) to on-lend to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Tunisia. The proposed project will increase the access to funding to MSMEs in Tunisia in a context of liquidity constraints. BTK is the 11th largest bank in Tunisia with total consolidated assets of EUR 702 million as of December 2012. Senior loan of up to EUR 20 million. Up to EUR 20 million to be provided in euros. Categorised FI. BTK will be required to comply with the Bank’s Performance Requirements 2 and 9 and the EBRD's Environmental and Social Procedures for Small and Micro Loans.
