Build with Ukraine Defense Industry Integration Program

under implementation

The Build with Ukraine (BWU) program, launched in 2025, aims to establish joint production facilities, manufacturing hubs, and research and development partnerships across Europe with Ukrainian participation. It enables Ukrainian defense companies to expand output, access foreign investment, and integrate into the European defense and industrial base through joint ventures and licensed manufacturing arrangements. The program addresses wartime necessity and seeks to make the Ukrainian defense sector a more competitive supplier on the European and international defense market.
