Developing and sustaining an engaged and connected network of member organisations Increasing the visibility and highlighting the diversity of LGBTQI youth identities Making education safe and inclusive for all Building young activists 4 board and staff meetings to implement the work plan, a new membership package with ten new member organisations joining the network, new alumni database with 30 members and an online meeting, governance team meeting to review IGLYO’s organisational documents and create an organisational development plan, review and update IGLYO’s internal policies and procedures, Annual Members’ Survey, Annual Members Conference for 70 delegates, two member consultations, secretariat development meeting, and a new network evaluation. Develop 4 online training modules for members, conduct 20 in-depth interviews with LGBTQI school students, disseminate LGBTQI inclusive education survey and collect 800 responses, deliver mentor training to 5 young people, hold 5 day Activist Academy to build the skills of youth activists, design and deliver 3 day training on facilitation skills, hold 5 day study session on LGBTQI youth issues in rural areas, and conduct research on legal gender recognition for minors. Design and publish 10 info-graphics to raise awareness of LGBTQI news and events, create a social media campaign to increase participation in online learning, publish a membership film to engage with potential new organisations, actively participate in European LGBTQI meetings (IDAHOT Forum & ILGA Europe Conference) and European youth networks (European Youth Forum, CoE Advisory Committee on Youth), launch student survey tsocial media campaign to promote engagement, live stream 3 workshops fromthe Activist Academy to reach a wider audience, conduct 2 film interviews on inclusive education, highlight the issues faced by LGBTQI youth in rural areas through film interviews, and create info-graphics on legal gender recognition to highlight best practices.
