Objectives 1/ Developing and sustaining an engaged and connected network of member organisations 2/ Building young activists and making education safe and inclusive for all 3/ Increasing the visibility and highlighting the diversity of LGBTQI youth identities Activities 1/ Four board and staff meetings, governance team meeting, Annual Members Conference for 80 delegates, members’ consultation on policy priority, secretariat development meeting, second network evaluation, alumni working group, advocacy consultation with members, membership engagement strategy, and three physical member meetings 2/ 5-day study session on LGBTQI youth in rural areas, activist academy mentors’ training, 6-day activist academy, 5-day training programme on LGBTQI inclusive sex and relationships education, organisational capacity building for Balkan members, 2 new online training modules, LGBTQI inclusive education study (school survey and interviews) launched, education steering group meeting, second edition of LGBTQI inclusive education report, index, map and website drafted, inclusive education project with CoE SOGI Unit and up to ten national governments, present at two academic conferences on education work. 3/ 2 advocacy briefing papers for 100 members, 10 LGBTQI news info-graphics, legal gender recognition research launch, 3 inclusive education study presentations, academic article submission, inclusive education study film, attend 2 LGBTI governmental focal point network meetings, IDAHOT Forum presentation, 3 youth advocacy meetings, 5 LGBTQI advocacy meetings, 5 interview films with LGBTQI youth from rural areas, LGBTQI sex and relationships education social media campaign, 3 lesson plans on LGBTQI sex and relationships education Type and number of persons benefiting from the activities 1.
