The EDIFICAT project's main objective is to draw a territorial context favorable to the reorientation of the construction sector in order to increase the quality and sustainability, through the creation of an informal Cluster. To do this, the project focuses mainly on building renovation activities, one of the main challenges in terms of innovation and value-added of the sector and society, in line with the current context. Its implementation implies the development of a shared digital platform, as a tool at the service of companies that face the challenges of energy efficiency, which allows them to find the first information and guidance tools that allow them to participate in its development. This virtual and cross-border tool will also help individuals and professionals in the real estate sector find the necessary information and be able to contact local advisors and companies. Therefore, the project is intended mainly for companies and professionals of the construction sector wishing to engage in a review of their activities, through a cross-border work of linking, training and collaboration, which will allow moreover to raise awareness and meet the needs of individuals and professionals in the real estate sector.
