Burnham Yard Retractable Roof Stadium and Mixed-Use District

planned

The project involves building a privately funded retractable roof stadium anchored in a mixed-use district at Burnham Yard in Denver. The stadium will feature modern amenities, a natural grass field, and a retractable roof. The mixed-use district will include restaurants, retail, hotel and housing options, office spaces, entertainment venues, and public spaces with multi-modal transportation options including RTD light rail. The project aims to create a year-round sports and entertainment destination and preserve the historic elements of the site.
