The bus detours ensure a consistent user experience through the transition to light rail. These detours also help to maintain the existing transit modal split and maintain the efficiency, accessibility and safety of public transit service during construction. This will bolster customers’ confidence in the service, ensuring that residents remain transit customers through the multiple years of transition to the new rail technology. |
