Description
Description | The Société de transport de Laval (STL) currently owns a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to manage the preventive and corrective maintenance of its buses. This system ensures optimal maintenance planning and parts management. In order to further optimize asset and equipment maintenance management at the STL, the project will ensure better integration of management methods and the system’s modules. This phase of the project involves: - implementing the "Guide Ti" CMMS software currently used for bus maintenance in all STL buildings and garage equipment (descriptions, parts, etc.) - setting maintenance intervals in the software - incorporating work sheets/instructions into the software - updating infrastructure maintenance processes - developing/adapting certain software functionalities (COGEP and Ti) When the ARTM was created, the STL was given the responsibility of managing metropolitan assets. Consequently, the scope of the project was changed to include the metropolitan assets and infrastructures. |
