Bus Stop Accessibility Improvements

• The project involves bus stop upgrades and accessibility improvements at approximately 81 service stops, to meet full accessibility compliance and improve the customer experience, including specialized transit service operations. • The capital works will be conducted over two years, with 81 bus stops to be upgraded. The project scope includes construction of 52 new landing pads (including one sheltered pad), and 29 existing pads getting rehabilitated or upgraded. • The project will result in improved capacity, quality, safety and access to the existing and future transit system in Oakville, Ontario.
