Bus Storage Shelter

The scope of the project is to build a bus storage shelter for a bus that is used to transport senior citizens. Storing the bus inside during winter months will extend the life expectancy of the vehicle and will ensure that the vehicle is protected from harsh winter conditions, such as ice, snow storms and other weather conditions. The goal of the project is to provide safe, reliable transit services to seniors. Building a bus shelter will assist with maintenance of the bus; storing a bus inside will ensure greenhouse emission and fuel savings. This project will provide a service to seniors by transporting them to Dryden twice a week for medical and personal appointments. By providing this service to senior citizens it will allow them to stay in their home longer and will give them a chance to be independent. The project will improve quality and safety of existing and future transit system.
