Description | To ensure fleet growth, maintain average fleet age at an acceptable level and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, this project plans to acquire and replace buses. To compensate for the delays associated with the new unified order and the non-availability of buses in 2019, additional buses will be acquired from the quantities remaining from the option years of the 2013-2018 unified order. Although these buses are identified for 2019, they are being acquired via the 2018 bus order and are thus in addition to the 19 already authorized (project 15467663) and the 3 others requested in the previous project. |
