The business and innovation support services are crucial for the enterprises operating in a rapidly changing environment.Most affected are the small and medium enterprises which face important challenges from the international commercialcompetition and are often confronted with barriers of economic, regulatory or financial nature. The objective of the Business-INN-Moldova project is to improve the quality of integrated business and innovation support services in the Republic ofMoldova in order to help the enterprises become more competitive on the European Union market and beyond. Thepartnership of the project comprises important stakeholders in the Republic of Moldova which have the capacity to influencethe support mechanisms and raise awareness on the importance of the internationalization process, research anddevelopment for the sustainable development of the private sector. The main activities of the project will be in line withEEN services and will include evaluations of enterprises, export and innovation capacities building through participation in local or regional training activities, European regulations and market access issues, cross-border services and business networking, brokerage events or company missions which will stimulate the creation of business, technological and research partnerships, Feedback activities on European issues, services in support of innovation under Horizon 2020, inception of innovation management and key account management under H2020. All proposed activities will be highly integrated and a strong focus will be made on the visibility and communication activities in order to raise awareness of the opportunities offered by the Network. An important component of the project is the participation in various Network trainings, annual conference. internal building sessions in order to form a strong consortium in the Republic of Moldova that will meet efficiently the needs of local enterprises.
