The general objective of the program is to increase business productivity through investment in knowledge, human capital, innovation and entrepreneurship. The specific objectives are: (i) increase the investment in and the construction of applied knowledge in the productive sector and society; (ii) increase the supply of advanced human capital and its involvement in the productive and public sectors; (iii) promote private investment in innovation activities; and (iv) promote private investment in quality innovative entrepreneurships.
