Description | The general objective is to enhance competencies in developing AI-driven, green, sustainable, and circular businesses across industries in the EU, using digitalisation as a driver for green business development. The project aims to increase the capacity of participating organisations to support the adoption of digitalisation and equip future professionals with AI skills for a greener economy while fostering their ability to create sustainable solutions through international collaboration, embracing diversity and inclusion. The specific objective is to develop an innovative methodology and a micro-credential education programme focused on AI-enabled Sustainable Business Model Innovation (AI-SBMI). The project innovates through its integrated cross-sectoral approach, combining innovative pedagogy, cutting-edge content, and the immersive learning environment - Sustainable Business Metaverse Incubator. This will be achieved through project work program of work packages (WP): WP1:Project management and coordination WP2:Methodology: Strategies for AI-SBMI training; WP3: Development of 15 ECTS micro-credential AI-SBMI training WP4:Developing the Sustainable Business Metaverse Incubator WP5:Piloting and exploiting results WP6:Dissemination and communication More than 200 students in partner HEIs and VET will gain competences in AI-SBMI, 50 teachers will increase teaching competence on AI-SBMI, at least 10 aspiring entrepreneurs will initiate a start-up, at least 10 labor market actors will benefit from training and business innovation tools. At least 8 regional authorities will raise their awareness on importance of AI-SBMI. Main project results are: increased competence among actors on how to innovate business models with the use of AI, increased entrepreneurial mindset, green and deep tech skills. Main outputs are 15 ECTS AI-SBMI micro-credential program and Metaverse Incubator. The project contributes to Erasmus+ program aiming to foster innovation in education. |
