Description
Description | Dare County is undertaking a large-scale beach nourishment project placing approximately 2 million cubic yards of sand along 2.9 miles of Buxton's oceanfront shoreline, from Haulover Day Use Area to the groin near Cape Hatteras Lighthouse.
