Description | The Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) Thurgood Marshall Airport is undertaking a full rehabilitation of its longest commercial runway, Runway 10-28, from July 22 through October 8. The project includes milling and paving the runway and upgrading its electrical system with modern LED runway lighting. During this period, Runway 10-28 will be temporarily closed, and there will be scheduled overnight closures of a second runway, Runway 15R-33L, for paving work at the intersection of the two primary runways. |
