Description | This project consists of acquisition of seven airports under a 40-year DBFOM concession agreement in Cabo Verde. These are the ones of Sal, Praia, Boa Vista and São Vicente, as well as the aerodromes of São Filipe, São Nicolau and Maio, in Cabo Verde. Project company is Cabo Verde Airports S.A., which is owned by the French airport operator Vinci Airport S.A. (70%) and ANA Aeroportos de Portugal (30%). The total investment stands at $150.18 million, of which $32.95 million loan and $6 million risk management is provided by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), $22.25 loan comes from DEG and Proparco joins the project with unknown amount.
