Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (“Caisse”) announces that it has exercised the warrants it held in D-Box Technologies Inc [TSX-V: DBO.A] (“D-Box”) acquiring 5,714,286 common shares of D-Box, representing 3.71% of such common shares outstanding, at a price of $ 0.55 per share for an aggregate amount of $ 3,142,857.30. Before it exercised its warrants, Caisse held 11,428,571 common shares of D-Box, representing 9.21% of such common shares outstanding as of the date of its former press release dated February 17, 2010. Following the exercice of its warrants, Caisse now holds 17,142,857 common shares of D-Box, representing 11.13% of such common shares outstanding.
