Cameroon - Road Programme

The Road Programme is a priority project of Cameroon and is part of the Cameroonian Government's road maintenance policy. It’s of national and international interest. The programme aims in particular to: (i) open up regions with high agricultural potential; and (ii) strengthen MINTP's capacity to manage the road network. The programme also contributes to regional physical integration. It includes the following components (A) road works; (B) acquisition of road maintenance equipment; (C) consultancy services; (D) monitoring and supervision of road works as defined in A; (E) technical assistance for the maintenance of road maintenance equipment; and (F) training of road maintenance personnel.
