project in planning

The project involves the development of Caminhos do Mar Park located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The concession involves the use of public areas in the area.Located inside the Serra do Mar State Park (Sea Ridge Park), the Caminhos do Mar Park aims to offer public visitation activities, recreation, environmental education and ecotourism in the stretch of the park that is also known as the Old Santos Highway. That area houses a precious environmental heritage, marked by the beautiful Atlantic Forest, besides a historical and cultural archive that highlights different periods of São Paulo States development. The Park modernization is expected to generate an increase in ecotourism, to implement environmental recovery measures and environmental education for tourists and the local residents, and also the creation of performance indications for environmental sustainability.
