Campos Elíseos New Administrative Center Construction Project

The project involves centralizing and modernizing public service operations to improve government efficiency and service delivery located in the Campos Elíseos district, São Paulo State, Brazil.The project plans to concentrate 22,000 civil servants, currently located in over 40 buildings, into a single modern complex, promoting administrative efficiency, cost savings, and the valorization of public assets. In addition to the urban revitalization of the area, including the restoration of 17 listed buildings, the initiative will also stimulate local commerce. The publication of the bidding documents is expected by the end of the first half of 2025, with the auction scheduled for the second half of the year.
