The project was to comprise 16 turbines of 2.5 MW, producing 140 GWh annually, with 40% capacity factor. The developer received a 49 year production license for the project, awarded in January 2008. Equipment was to be supplied by Nordex, under a contract signed in February 2011. Nordex was expected to construct the farm on a turn-key basis. The project was reported as commissioned in 2011. No financial information was available. Financial closure date was set at December 2011, date of commissioning.
