The annual pace of housing starts was 254,058 units in November, up from 232,245 units in October. Rural starts were estimated at 20,485 units. However, actual housing starts in population centers of 10,000 or more fell by 3% year-over-year. The year-to-date total housing starts were 219,077 units, up 4% from the same period in 2024. |
