The proposed TA will provide direct support for project management and administration to the government staff undertaking ADB funded projects. The TA will be phased, with water sector projects selected as pilot projects. The TA is also expected to deliver (i) a project management system incorporating IT tools for the water sector projects (ii) technical support for water sector projects' planning and implementation such as non-revenue water (NRW) reduction technical support; and (iii) a set of training courses for project management and contract management for education, energy, transport, and water sectors.
