Description | Provision of an A/B subordinated loan to Capital Bank of Jordan ("CB") in the amount of up to USD 45 million - including EBRD A loan of up to USD 25 million, and B loan of up to USD 20 million - in coordination with parallel international lenders who will provide up to USD 90 million of subordinated debt (already Board approved on 9 July BDS number 25-132). Approval is sought for an additional USD 10 million to the EBRD A loan, following one of the co-lenders' inability to disburse within the required timeline (before year-end). This increase would bring the total EBRD share to USD 35 million, up from USD 25 million signed in October 2025. |
