Description | The psychiatric and mental health pathway aims to meet the needs of people living with mental health disorders within a territory. It aims to ensure coherence between the respective responses of stakeholders from different fields (health, medico-social, social) and to share professional practices that were compartmentalised until now. Furthermore, the mental health of the elderly has so far received little attention in the structuring projects under development. This micro-project brings together major mental health stakeholders in the Province of Namur and the Ardennes Department (in particular the Bélair Hospital in Charleville). It thus focuses on three actions: - cross diagnosis of the mental health needs of elderly people and the training needs of carers, whether at home or in nursing homes, organisation of training for these personnel on both sides of the border and the organisation of a conference on this topic in 2020. |
