Career Guidance/ Europass/Qualifications Development

Coordinated efforts by the National Euroguidance, Europass and EQF Centre will give strong contribution in achieving policy objectives of the European Skills Agenda and the European Pillar of Social Rights Action Plan. The Ministry of Education will develop, through these initiatives, the overall national policy in the field of lifelong guidance, Qualification Framework and Europass, especially among young people. Better guidance system in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders, better understanding and use of Europass portofolio and providing and validation of Europass digital credentials and, as well as, developed national qualifications system (re/defined reference levels and learning outcomes) are seen as one of very important mechanism to develop youth career paths and social inclusion in Montenegro. These combined activities of national Euroguidance, Europass and EQF centre will support development and outreach of EU tools and services that are necessary and important for Montenegrin economic and social status, especially for youth, because we will create a better environment for career development. Since the Ministry of Education is hosting three networks, Euroguidance, Europass and EQF, the synergy among networks activities will help the Ministry to develop strong Career service on employment/learning opportunities, Europass and qualifications with associated learning outcomes
