Description | The CREST Center at Arkansas State University is a new facility designed to provide flexible education and workforce development pathways in northeast Arkansas. The center focuses on training underemployed people, second-chance employees, underserved populations, and upskilling current employees and students in fields such as steel technology, industrial controls, engineering technology, and food science. The first phase includes the construction of a 20,000-SF facility on A-State's campus, supported by a $7.5 million grant and additional private funds. |
