The County of Riverside will construct a series of sidewalks along streets in Carver Tract, an unincorporated area of Riverside County between Indio and Coachella. The Carver Tract Sidewalk Safety Improvement Project is located within Van Buren Street, Avenue 48, Manila Avenue, and Luzon Street.
