Starting from a comparative analysis that takes into account the emerging needs of the elderly, the management systems, the services offered on both sides of the border and the existing literature, the project aims at defining and experimenting an action plan whose goal is to encourage home assistance through the creation of a knowledge network, the exchange of good practices and a benchmarking activity. The basic methodological principles will be: • personalization (individual responses that can be easily adjusted); • service integration (central coordination organism); • cultural diversity (intercultural differences that can be considered as an added value in the relations). The project will also have a training stage to illustrate the principles of the model. This stage will be planned according to the research and analysis results which come before the implementation phase.
