Casa Rocafull / osb arquitectos

Text description provided by the architects.Located in the heart of Valencia's historic Cabanyal district, Rocafull House by osb arquitectos stands as a testament to the transformative power of thoughtful rehabilitation. The project breathes new life into a long-abandoned ruin, converting it into a bespoke home that harmonizes modernist heritage with Arab-inspired design. In a neighborhood known for its architectural sensitivity, the challenge was to rehabilitate an unprotected building while respecting its urban context and fulfilling the client's vision for a space that is both contemporary and deeply rooted in tradition.
