Castlegar - Library and Airport Roof Replacements

The project will upgrade the library and airport terminal buildings in the City of Castlegar. Both of the roofs are in need of replacement as they have reached the end of their useful life. The project will ensure that no further damage occurs in the buildings due to the roofs leaking. Both roofs currently leak and the leaks have caused damage to drywall and ceiling tiles. Bundling of two buildings will reduce costs and create efficiencies. The project works include: - removal and replacement of roof; - installation of rooftop air conditioning units; - removal and replacement of weather station equipment. - complete works to drains, flashings and connections as needed; and - all related works.
