Description | The project has the following objectives: * Increase the awareness of common cultural traditions and celebrate the cultural diversity of residents and visitors * Develop the reputation of the 4 cities by enhancing their image as a-cultural tourism destination. To enable this, a programme of interpretation of the network of the 4 cathedrals through a partnership lighting project using new technology will be developed. This will increase and encourage cultural tourism across the Interreg area. * The shows will be free, increasing the accessibility and ownership of culture and heritage to a range of visitors. It will also change the image of the Cathedrals, in particular encouraging them to be valued more highly as part of the local community and international heritage. |
