The project involves the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of a bulk water supply facility for the Province of Cavite, Philippines. The scope includes the development of a water intake facility, the construction of a water treatment plant, the installation of transmission water pipelines and associated appurtenances such as flow meters, gate valves, and blow-off valves, and the operation and maintenance of the completed bulk water supply system. The project aims to establish a reliable and sustainable new water source to address the province's increasing water demand and mitigate the risks of water shortages associated with climate change.
