Description | The project comprises the construction of CECEP Mulan 200MW Wind Power + Clean Heating Project - a wind farm with a capacity of 200MW, located in Mulan County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, China. The sponsor is CECEP Wind-power Corporation, with a major shareholder China Energy Wind Power Co., Ltd., which on September 6th, 2024 announced that the proposal of the sponsor company for investment in the project has been approved. The total investment is $215m (1.523 billion yuan). The project is planned to close the preliminary work by the end of November 2024, start construction in December 2024, and be completed and put into use by the end of December 2025. The construction period is approximately one year. The construction work will be carried out by the sponsor's wholly-owned subsidiary CECEP Heilongjiang Wind Power Co., Ltd., which will act as a project company. The scope of work includes 40 wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 5.0MW, and related supporting facilities, on-site power collection lines, new 220kV step-up substation and 220kV transmission lines, and a 20MW/40MWh (10%/2 hours) energy storage device. https://wind.imarine.cn/news/100087.html |
