CedarView is a mixed-use project anchored by a Nebraska Furniture Mart and Scheels, encompassing more than 100 acres in Cedar Park. The project includes the construction of the largest retail store ever opened in the Austin area, a Scheels sporting goods store, a 1.5 million-square-foot Nebraska Furniture Mart, at least 700,000 square feet of warehouse space, 250,000 square feet of retail space, and a full-service Marriott hotel with 297 guest rooms and convention space. The project also includes restaurant spaces, with J. Alexander's restaurant signing on to build an 8,500-square-foot space adjacent to the entrance.
