The EBRD is expected to mobilise concessional finance from the Japan-EBRD Cooperation Fund. The financing will support the development, construction and operation of a 150 MW / 300 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (the "Project"). Celest FE LLC, a special purpose vehicle established in Uzbekistan, will be the Borrower. AMEA Power will act as the Sponsor for the Project. |
