Description	The project consists of the construction of a new recreational facility in the Town of Hartland. The scope of the project includes the construction of: An ice surface; A walking track; An exercise room, and; A dressing and storage space for recreational use and for programs facilitation The project focuses on providing high quality recreational infrastructure for Hartland and the surrounding Local Service Districts. This project will be replacing a centennial arena in Hartland. This land has been held by the municipality for the purposes of recreation and recreational facilities for many years. The new facility will be located directly behind the existing facility - the latter being removed for parking space upon the completion of the new Central Carleton Community Complex.
