The Fund will seek to raise between US$30-50 million for direct equity investments in selected small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are either privately owned companies or to-be-privatized state companies that form part of the central Poland region Voivoids’ (municipality) privatization program.      Environmental Category and Issues This is a Financial Intermediary (FI) category project according to IFC''s environmental review procedure. The Central Poland Fund will be required to undertake an environmental review of eligible investee companies'' operations.
