Reclamation of about 18 hectares of the seabed in front of the Star Ferry Pier from Central reclamation phase I to Lung King Street including construction of seawalls; Construction of roads and associated services, storm water culverts, drains and sewers; Construction of Central – Wan Chai Bypass tunnel; Construction of pumping station structures for the cooling water pumping systems of future development; Reprovisioning of the existing cooling water pumping systems; Reprovisioning of piers and public landing steps; Reprovisioning of the Government heliport and associated works; Hinterland drainage improvement works; Landscaping works at roadside amenity areas; and Implementation of an environmental monitoring and audit (EM&A) programme for works mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (i) above.
