This project will take place in the municipality London, Ontario and includes the following: - Replace mechanical system heat pumps, air handling units, condensing units, heat circulation pumps, and exhaust fans throughout with modernized, more efficiently designed solutions; - Replace plumbing reaching end-of-life; - Refurbish both pools, including replacing pool pumps, pool walls, deck surface and finishes; - Enhance accessibility throughout facility including rebuilding front entrance; - Replace emergency generator; - Engage architectural consultants to oversee the integration of infrastructure upgrades. The project will improve access to and/or increase the quality of community, cultural and/or recreational infrastructure by upgrading and improving the community centre, and community pool.
