This project will take place in the municipality London, Ontario. The scope of the project includes the following: -Replacement of mechanical system heat pumps and exhaust fans throughout -Replacement of flat roof and skylight roof -Replace plumbing reaching end-of-life -Refurbishment to both pools, including replacing pool pumps, pool walls, deck surface and finishes -Replace parking garage fire suppression system and resurface lower level of the parking garage -Enhance accessibility throughout facility including rebuilding front entrance and pedestrian walkways -Replace emergency generator Outcomes from this project will improve access to and/or increase the quality of community, cultural and/or recreational infrastructure. The project will upgrade and improve the community centre, and community pool.
