The Centre of Services for European Affairs in Andalusia Consortium, hereafter CESEAND Plus aims to provide continued support in Innovation, Internationalisation and Single Market and promote growth and to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of our clients on Andalusia, Ceuta and Melilla, setting up more innovative Small, medium Enterprises, Technological Centres, Universities and research groups, and Entrepreneurs, with improved international activities and better adapted to potential challenges and risks, reaching the following specific objectives: • Provide the “Single Digital Gateway” services from 2020 . • Facilitate cross-border partnerships to Andalusian entities, especially SMEs to find international business, technology and research partners across Europe and beyond. • Strengthen the support to Andalusian entities, especially SMEs, interested in participating in European R&D Programmes, specially Horizon 2020. In particular encourage SMEs to participate in the SME Instrument Phase 2-3, Fast Track of Innovation (FTI), Future Emerging Technologies (FET Open). • Increase the competitiveness and internationalisation of SMEs and their interest in the Single Market and global markets. • Accomplish SMEs to turn the climate resource efficiency and renewable energy challenge . •Ensure visibility, recognition and local awareness of the Enterprise Europe Network, hereafter “the Network”. The consortium will contribute to the Network reinforcing its position as the true one-stop-shop for Andalusian entities. Providing business and innovation support along the entire value chain combining H2020 and COSME services and activities, in the wider context of and in line with the Europe 2020 strategy and specific EU programmes and initiatives aimed at small and medium sized enterprises.
