CESEAND Plus, “Centre of Services for European Affairs in Andalusia”, main objectives are to contribute at strengthening the competitiveness and sustainability of the Andalusian enterprises, to promote the creation and growth of SMEs and to encourage an entrepreneurial culture in Andalusia, Ceuta and Melilla. In order to achieve these objectives the Consortium will provide aligned with the Enterprise Europe Network main objective, a full range of integrated business support services and activities that will facilitate our clients the access to business development opportunities in the Single Market and beyond. The CESEAND Plus advisory services will include: • Provision of information and advisory services on European Union and other third countries initiatives as well as on Legislative issues. • Support for the enhancement of innovation and internationalization management capacities to increase the competitiveness of SMEs. • Support aimed at improving SMEs' financial knowledge, including information and advisory services on funding opportunities, access to finance and related coaching and mentoring schemes. • Measures to increase SME access to energy efficiency, climate and environmental expertise. • Promotion of Union funding programmes and financial instruments (including the Horizon 2020 programme in cooperation with national contact points and the Structural Funds). CESEAND Plus will also pay a special attention to the following international dimension activities: • The facilitation of cross –border partnership of enterprises. • The provision of a communication channel between SMEs and the EU. • Specific activities in the context of innovation support (HORIZON 2020) This Consortium is composed by 5 partners with more than 20 years of experience in innovation and internationalization issues. The coverage of the geographical area will be guaranteed due to the wide presence of the Consortium members with more than 50 offices spread through the region.
