The project corresponds to the operation of the Czech CERV Programme Contact Point (National Contact Point, NCP). The Office of the Government of the Czech Republic was designated as CZ NCP on 25 May 2021 and continues to fulfil this role further on. The role of the CZ NCP is, first of all, to extensively and comprehensively promote the CERV programme in the Czech Republic and raise awareness by spreading information about programme´s focus, themes, policy priorities, expected projects to be supported and related grant opportunities among relevant stakeholders. The NCP will also strive to mobilise relevant organisations to get involved into the CERV programme to the maximum extent possible. Furthermore, a complementary objective is providing support to the European Commission and the Executive Agency in the implementation of CERV programme and enhancing its visibility. The CZ NCP has also taken account of the progress achieved in the previous 3 years of CERV programme implementation. Therefore, it will strive to transfer experience, know-how and best practices of Czech applicants to entities wishing to join the programme. The work package will consist of 4 main tasks which aim to support the set objectives: 1. events organised by NCP (workshops, seminars, lectures and similar events) 2. events attended by NCP 3. coaching activities (providing technical assistance and services to applicants and interested actors) 4. communication activities (producing promotional materials, securing the programme's publicity, etc). At least 1901 persons as a direct target group shall benefit from the CZ NCP' planned activities and the outputs are 40+ separate events carried out by the NCP.
