IT CERV NCP will provide impartial guidance, practical information and assistance to applicants, stakeholders and beneficiaries on all CERV aspects as application procedure, dissemination of information and results, inquiries for partners, training and formalities and support the EC and the EACEA in CERV implementation. Starting from the experience, we will strive to improve skills and capabilities of potential beneficiaries, increase the number of participants and projects submitted, especially attracting new applicants, focusing on areas characterized by lower participation and improving the quality of Italian proposals. To achieve these goals, NCP will go on implementing a set of activities aimed at reaching the wider audience and the highest number of potential interested beneficiaries. As the project target group coincides with all the Italian legal entities (private/third sector/public bodies), NCP will activate its existing contacts and will involve national and international networks, to improve the activities impact and reach new potential beneficiaries. To this specific end it will count on the crucial support of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. The project constantly improved website, the use of social media, online seminars, webinars, conferences and online coaching will characterize the online activities, while the in person activities will foresee conferences, workshops, coaching, meetings, in person coaching and events; brochure and newsletter will be issued. NCP will carry out a bottom up set of activities (eg administration of questionnaire) for improving the NCP service and provide information, data, suggestions and feedback to EC and EACEA. To ensure NCP high quality, a stable high seniority staff will be involved, able to manage the service and coordinate additional experts. The visibility of EU funding will be ensured, as well as the respect of GDPR rules and gender equality and non-discrimination mainstreaming approach.
