Description

Description

As the EU CERV programme is an essential instrument for EU policy goals on rights, equality and values, it is important for EU member states to bring this instrument into a national level and to disseminate EU policy goals and the new opportunities, provided by the Programme, widely in national, regional and local level. In order to support the European Commission (EC) and the Executive Agency (EACEA) in the implementation of the Programme, to increase accessibility to the CERV programme and to provide impartial guidance to applicants, stakeholders and beneficiaries in Lithuania, National Contact Point (NCP) is going to continue and to expand its activities. Since it is the second year of CERV programme implementation, it is important not only to bring the awareness of it into the national level and increase its visibility, but also to make it as accessible as possible for the Lithuanian applicants. Our main goal during this project is to fulfil our chosen Programme promotion strategy, that includes the further development of special CERV dedicated information channels (a website and Facebook page), were all CERV related information is provided and timely updated and organizing or attending CERV related events on purpose to present the Programme to the public, to reach specific target groups and regions, to increase its visibility, to attract participants, paying more attention to international events, providing networking opportunities for pottential applicants. The project is targeted to the public, civil society organizations, other stakeholders applicable for the CERV programme. By implementing this project, we expect to inform a large number of people about the Programme, to attract organizations to participate and to facilitate their participation (including networking opportunities) in the Programme also to contribute to the common goals of the CERV programme and EU policy.
