Description
Description | RVO, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, has been nominated as National Contact Point for CERV in the Netherlands by the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. This project will lay out RVO's activities as NCP for CERV. First of all, RVO will promote CERV online by providing a website in Dutch, send regular newsletters for stakeholders, applicants and other interested parties, and inform interested parties through online content and webinars about the programme and its upcoming calls. The communication strategy RVO has set out will also include CERV social media presence, specifically targeting Dutch applicants and interested parties. The project will also facilitate partner search, using our current and new network, and provide specific information on CERV calls, the application process, and the Grant Agreement process to applicants. RVO will host meetings and events regarding specific CERV calls, targeting specific groups such as municipalities, civil society organisation, and other relevant stakeholders. Secondly, the CERV contact point will support applicants, beneficiaries and stakeholders in their participation in the programme on all levels. This will be achieved by reaching out to organizations that have not previously applied to the programme, coaching applicants to ensure the quality of the application improves, and providing information regarding the eGrant system to the applicants. Additionally, the contact point will be collaborating with relevant contact points for CERV and for other EU-programmes to promote the CERV programme and to facilitate partner search. Finally, the contact point will enhance the visibility and impact of the CERV programme by disseminating the programme results and collecting feedback from organisations participating in the CERV programme to improve the programme and the NCPs activities. |
