Chad - Master Plan Study Sudan Zone

The proposed study consists in first establishing a diagnostic assessment of the situation in the Sudanese zone and, based on the results of this diagnostic analysis, defining a reference framework to promote the development of the area through specific action programmes that will be identified during the study. The study will be conducted in three (3) phases: (i) the first phase will be devoted to preliminary studies and data collection relevant to the Sudanese zone. (ii) the second phase will be the subject of a diagnostic analysis of the Sudanese area. (iii) the third phase will concern the elaboration of the master plan and the identification of actions to be undertaken through specific programmes.
