Description	The project involves the construction and operation of twelve farms in the Chafariz wind complex in the municipalities of Santa Luzia, Sao Jose do Sabugi, Sao Mamede and Areia de Baraunas in Paraiba state in Brazil. The wind complex is developed by Iberdrola's unit Neoenergia SA. Each farm will be owned by a different SPV, which will be controlled by Força Eólica do Brasil SA, which in turn is controlled by Neoenergia. The project cost is BRL 1.6 billion or $ 397.81 million. BNDES approved a loan of BRL 1.3 billion ($323.22 million). Financial close took place in January 2020.
